Last Updated: November 3, 2026

The following Website Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of all web pages located within massive.com, including pages that display market data, quotes, news, filings, or other information without requiring an account (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Massive.com, Inc. (“Massive”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms apply to every visitor to the Site, whether or not you have a Massive account. Access to and use of the Site is subject to your acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and terms on the Site.

These Terms are in addition to any other terms of service or separately executed agreement between you and Massive that govern your use of the software, products, services, content, tools, and market data provided by Massive (which, in the event of a conflict with these Terms and conditions, shall govern).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, OR IF YOU CANNOT REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR DOWNLOAD ANY MATERIALS FROM IT. SECTION 15 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or, if higher, the age of majority where you live. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, including a business or a government body, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. License

As long as you are in compliance with these Terms and other applicable Massive policies, we grant to you a limited, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and view the Site and the market data, news, and other information and content that it makes publicly available (collectively, “Site Content”), as displayed on your screen and solely for your own personal or internal informational purposes. Any other use of Site Content, including any automated, machine, or other non-display use, requires a separate agreement with Massive. Any rights not explicitly granted to you in these Terms are strictly withheld and reserved by Massive.

You agree that: (a) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site or services in any medium without our prior written authorization, except as is necessary to your normal use of the Site; (b) you will not alter or modify any part of the Site other than is necessary to use the Site for its intended purposes; and (c) you will otherwise comply with these terms and all other applicable Massive policies.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, product names, designs, logos, titles, text, images, audio, video, and other content within the Site are the trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights or other property of Massive (“Massive’s Intellectual Property”) or of the exchanges, data providers, and other third parties from which Massive obtains content (those third parties, “Third-Party Providers”, and that property, “Third Party Intellectual Property”). The “look” and “feel” of the Site (including color combinations, layout, design, and all other graphical elements) are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Massive’s Intellectual Property or Third Party Intellectual Property displayed on the Site without the written permission of Massive. All rights in and to the Site and its content are retained by Massive. You acknowledge and agree that the contents of the Site, including Massive’s Intellectual Property and Third Party Intellectual Property, are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other foreign jurisdictions. Site Content obtained from Third-Party Providers is subject to their requirements and may not be copied, redistributed, or used except as these Terms expressly permit.

3. User Submissions

Any content, material, information, or other communication, including, without limitation, data, questions, comments, feedback, suggestions, or the like (collectively, the “Communications”), that you transmit or post to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. If you transmit or post any Communications to the Site, you grant Massive a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, fully assignable, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit those Communications throughout the world in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter devised or developed. Massive will have no obligations in connection with any of the Communications, including, to the extent permitted by law, any obligation to retain or provide you with copies of your Communications or to guarantee any confidentiality with respect to your Communications.

Furthermore, any Communications, including all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein, may be edited by or on behalf of Massive, may or may not be posted to the Site and may be used by Massive for any purpose, including, reproduction, disclosure, distribution, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting, all at the sole discretion of Massive. The Communications may be used by Massive for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using this information.

4. Linking to the Site

Subject to these Terms, you may link to any publicly available page of the Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. The Site may not be framed, embedded, or displayed within any other website or application. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. If you wish to link to or make any use of content on the Site other than that as set out above, please contact support@massive.com.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Using the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
  • Using Massive content in a manner that competes with Massive products or could serve as a substitute to or otherwise diminish the value of any Massive product;
  • Using Massive content on any site or in any way that could reasonably damage Massive’s brand or reputation, including on any site that demeans or harasses any person on the basis of that person’s immutable or protected characteristics, pornography sites, sites that violate any person’s intellectual property rights, or sites that engage in unlawful activity;
  • Posting or transmitting to the Site any Communications that are unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or pornographic or that would otherwise violate any law;

  • Using the Site or Site Content in connection with market manipulation, fraud, or any other activity prohibited by applicable securities, commodities, or other financial laws; or
  • Using or encouraging, promoting, facilitating, or instructing others to use the Site in any manner not explicitly permitted under these Terms.

Nothing in this Section 5 prohibits a search engine or artificial-intelligence answer service from crawling and indexing the Site in accordance with the Site’s robots.txt file, without circumventing any rate limit or access control, in order to display excerpts of, summarize, or link to individual pages of the Site with attribution to Massive, provided that it does not use Site Content to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any machine-learning model or artificial-intelligence system, or to create any index, benchmark, or other product described in this Section 5, and does not compile, store, or redistribute Site Content as a database or data feed.

6. Right to Monitor the Site

Massive has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor activity on the Site and investigate any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site. If you become aware of any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, you must immediately notify us and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation. Massive will cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Massive to disclose the identity of or help identify or locate anyone posting any information or materials. Massive further has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove any Communications from this Site or terminate or deny access to and use of the Site for any reason. Massive is under no obligation to enforce these Terms on your behalf against another user. Massive reserves the right to take appropriate action in its sole discretion.

7. Links to Other Materials

The Site may contain links to the websites of third parties on which you may be able to obtain information or use services. The linked sites are not under the control of Massive, and Massive is not responsible for the content, including, without limitation, the truthfulness or accuracy of any statement or other content, of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Massive reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. Massive has not reviewed all the information contained in the linked sites and does not endorse the companies, products, or sites to which it links. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to the Site, you do this entirely at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Massive’s use of any personal data provided by you through your access or use of the Site is governed by Massive’s Privacy Policy. By using and providing information to or through the Site, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Site Content; No Investment Advice

The Site contains information, including, without limitation, statements and statistics that have been obtained from sources believed to be reliable but are not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness. Site Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading or investment purposes. Prices and other data on the Site may be delayed, as indicated where they are displayed, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Some Site Content, including summaries, classifications, sentiment labels, and excerpts of company filings and news, is generated or selected by automated means, including artificial intelligence, and may contain errors or be out of date. Check the original source, such as the filing on the SEC’s EDGAR system, before relying on it. News and other content from third-party publishers is the responsibility of its publisher. Massive is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange and does not offer, sell, or recommend any security, digital asset, or other financial instrument. References to any specific financial asset or investment advice of any kind do not constitute an offer to buy or sell financial assets and are not intended to constitute investment advice of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Massive, its Third-Party Providers and other suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, costs, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the Site or Site Content in violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party, or (c) your gross negligence or willful misconduct. Massive reserves the right, at your expense, to control the defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any claims without Massive’s written consent. You agree to notify Massive immediately in writing of any claims. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Site.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Massive makes no commitment to update the information on this Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, LICENSORS, THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, BUSINESS PARTNERS, HEIRS, OR ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELATED PARTIES”) BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR SITE CONTENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE OR RELATED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

12. Termination

Massive may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these terms, or your user account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Site. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, intellectual property ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and Section 15.

13. Modifications

Massive may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site. Massive may give you any notice under these Terms by posting it on the Site.

14. General

Except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms and any access to or use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia within the United States of America, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and, subject to Section 15, the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of these Terms or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive that term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights under these Terms to any party, including by operation of law. Massive may assign or otherwise transfer its rights under these Terms without condition. These Terms will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns. Unless required by a Third-Party Provider, there are no third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH MASSIVE AND LIMITS HOW YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 15. You and Massive agree to arbitrate any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or Site Content, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court or seek relief in court for infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights or a breach of Section 5. ARBITRATION PREVENTS YOU FROM SUING IN COURT OR HAVING A JURY TRIAL. Before starting arbitration, you or Massive must send the other written notice of the dispute, and notices to Massive go to legal@massive.com with the subject “Legal dispute.” The parties will then attempt to resolve it informally for thirty (30) days. Arbitration will be conducted confidentially by a single arbitrator under the rules of JAMS, in Atlanta, Georgia, or by videoconference. The arbitrator decides all disputes about the scope and enforceability of this Section 15 and may grant any individual remedy a court could grant. Whether a dispute is heard in arbitration or in court, you and Massive will not bring a class, collective or representative action or arbitration against the other. If that waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be severed and decided in court after the arbitrable claims are resolved. The state and federal courts in Atlanta, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit not subject to arbitration and over any proceeding to confirm or challenge an award. A revision to this Section 15 does not apply to a dispute that arose before the revision took effect. If you are a consumer habitually resident outside the United States, this Section 15 applies only to the extent the law of your country of residence permits.
